What size kennel is right for my dog?
With the exception of giant breed dogs that do require our large kennel, dogs of any other size can be accommodated based on the dimensions of the kennels available. It's important to note that the size of the kennel may also be influenced by what is available at the time you make your booking.
Are the yards fences secure?
A 6-foot industrial chain link fencing that extends from the ground the top. To improve security and prevent any digging attempts from below, we include an extra foot of fencing that is buried underground. This careful design not only safety but also reinforces the overall durability of the fence.
My pets need regular medication. Is this something you can give them and what is the cost?
We are committed to providing extensive medication administration services for a variety of medical conditions, which includes everything from prescriptions to injections, all without any additional costs. To ensure that your pet receives the necessary care during their stay, we kindly ask that you supply an adequate amount of medication for the entire duration of their visit. Additionally, please make sure that all medications are appropriately labeled to guarantee proper administration.
How do i get updates on how my pet is doing?
We invite you to connect with us while you're on your travels! The easiest and most effective way to reach us through Facebook or Instagram Messenger. These platforms allow us to have a private conversation where we can share updates and send you pictures, enhancing your experience. We can't wait to hear from you!
I have 3 dogs. Can they stay together in the same kennel?
At our facility, we understand the importance of keeping families together, which is why all of our kennels are designed to accommodate multiple dogs from the same household. The size of the kennel will be determined by the size of your dogs, ensuring they have enough space to feel comfortable and relaxed during their stay. Your pets' comfort and happiness are our top priority!
Are the dogs supervised?
While we are outside, our skilled and qualified staff members are actively interacting with the dogs, providing them with attention, companionship, and ensuring their safety at all times.
How much time do my dog spend outside?
We dedicate a significant amount of time to outdoor activities with the dogs! Our approach is personalized, ensuring that we cater to the unique needs of each dog in our care. For instance, older dogs might require additional time to rest, which means we often schedule shorter but more frequent outings for them. On the other hand, dogs with high energy levels will benefit from longer periods spent outside. In general, our furry friends have opportunity to enjoy the outdoors for approximately 4 to 6 hours each day allowing them to explore and play to their heart's content.
Can my dog socialize while boarding?
Although we cannot assure you that your dog will have the opportunity to socialize with other dogs during their time here, we want to emphasize that safety is our top priority when it comes to grouping them. To create a positive environment, we carefully match dogs based on their size, temperament and energy levels. This thoughtful approach helps ensure that all dogs can enjoy their time together safely and happily.
I don't want my dog to play with other dogs. Is it possible to have solo time outside?
Of course! While we encourage dogs to make new friends, we respect your preference for your pet not to socialize during their stay. Safety is top priority. With that in mind, when dogs do interact, we ensure they are grouped by size, temperament, and energy levels.
What do i bring?
While your pet is staying with us, we kindly ask that you provide enough food for the entire duration of their visit, plus a few extra days in case of any unexpected delays that might extend their stay. Additionally, please ensure that any medications are clearly labeled and come with detailed instructions to guarantee proper administration. We also invite you to bring along items like beds, toys,, or any other personal belongings that could enhance your pet's comfort their time here. Familiar scents from home can greatly assist in helping your pet feel more relaxed and ease their transition into a new environment.
Can we do a tour?
Certainly! We strongly recommend it! Understanding where your pet will be and what they will do throughout the day will not only bring them joy but also provide you with peace of mind while you're away, enabling you to fully enjoy your time off!
