**CUSTOMER NOTICES AND INFO**

- Due to a high demand for boarding services, space is very limited at certain times of the year such as,

March Break, Summer (June, July and August) and Christmas do fill up months in advance. 

- Deposits are required at the time of booking. The amount is $100.

- If deposits are not paid, bookings are not confirmed.

Here at Golden Paws Pet Place, we pride ourselves in our response time. Typically we respond to messages immediately during regular business hours (reception hours below). If you do not receive a response from us in a timely fashion, please check you bulk or junk mail. Golden Paws Pet Place will NEVER send you an email unless in response to one you have sent to us. If you wish to contact us for Boarding, Daycare or Grooming please specify the preferred date and time for drop off and pickup.

If you are a new customer contacting to book, we do prefer a phone call during our reception hours as we do require some specific info. This process is quicker over the phone.

Please note that our business number is also our house number. If you are calling at 1am to leave a message, please don't, we all love our sleep.
